  • The Litchfield School District is seeking applicants for a Special Education Teacher / Case Manager at Litchfield Middle School. The Special Education Teacher will perform the duties required by NH RSA186-C and which are a direct result of a student’s needs for a Individualized Education Plan. The Special Education Teacher will work collaboratively with subject area teachers to assist students in learning appropriate curriculum and skills.  For a complete list of job responsibilities  please view our job description listed on our web-site under Human Resources.
