CNC Programmer and Operator (3-axis and 4-axis)

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC Programming and Operating.
- Knowledge of retail display is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem solve to find the best solutions to creative milling needs.
- Knowledge of carpentry and assembly a plus
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to determine the best methods for CNC machining.
- Fabricate bespoke parts and products with precision using 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines.
- Excel in machining skills, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
- Organize day-to-day workflow in the CNC department to meet deadlines.
- Monitor CNC department stock levels and attend production meetings, flagging when materials are running low.
- Ensure all completed works meet the company's high-quality standards.
- Address quality or project lead time issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and machinery; uphold high housekeeping standards.
- Adhere to OSHA Health & Safety regulations and champion safety awareness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent:
- Basic Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday – Friday (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM during busy periods, with overtime paid at x1.5)
- 1-hour lunch break
- 21 days holiday per year
- Air-conditioned/heated factory
- On-site parking
- Salary: $32 - $38 per hour based on experience
