    Duties:

    • Assists with identifying project requirements (scope) to satisfy current and future mission needs.
    • Provides advisory and assistance to the Engineering Flight in writing, coordinating and processing DD Form 1391s in support of Facility Sustainment Restoration Modernization (FSRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) projects.
    • Provides advisory and assistance in development of the Biodiversity Conservation and Management of Protected Areas (BCAMP).
    • Provides advisory and assistance with documenting requirements and acquiring both the authority and resources necessary to accomplish the work.
    • Provides advisory and assistance with obtaining and verifying information to justify and gain Congressional funding approval.
    • Provides advisory and assistance in support of working with Operations and mission partners through asset management to develop requirements.
    • Provides advisory and assistance in support of generating documentation in pre-acquisition efforts for FRSM and MILCON projects.
    • Provides advisory and assistance in support of developing and submitting project lists (e.g., BCAMP, MILCON, Unspecified Minor Military Construction (UMMC), Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP), etc.).

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited institution in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or Architecture.
    • Experience in Civil Engineering (CE) installation management, large facilities maintenance, infrastructure, or large construction projects.
    • A general understanding of Military Construction and Facility Sustainment, Restoration and Maintenance Restoration programming.
    • Understanding of Air Force CE work order process; knowledge of Air Force NexGen IT desired.

    Required Security Level: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
