We are working with an established Metal Foundry company based in Neenah, WI. They are recruiting for a Millwright to join their team on 2nd or 3rd Shift in return for a salary in the region of $30-$34per hour along with excellent employment benefits

The Millwright needs to possess a strong hands-on background in mechanical skills directly related to operating in an Industrial Manufacturing Environment. Requires considerable working knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance of machinery onsite and must be confident working alone.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Mechanical maintenance of machinery onsite
• Conducting planned and preventive maintenance (PPM)
• Basic electrical maintenance and repair
• Reading blueprints and schematics
• Hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Machine improvements

Experience required:

• 3-5 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
• Vocational School or Community College – Maintenance Certificate
