We are a highly diverse business with roots in West-Central Ohio and Southeast Indiana that was established more than 60 years ago. We supply livestock feed and manure equipment in addition to our expertise in agricultural construction. Our turnkey construction company specializes in building barns for dairy, swine, and poultry livestock confinement. Additionally, we have been a GSI grain systems distributor for over 10 years, and we are continually expanding our business in the grain industry. We have a CAD department on staff to support our construction and equipment division, and it can design your building or project specifically to meet your demands.

What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, material procurement, quality control, and safety.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, change orders, and material delivery schedules.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
What You Need for this Position
At least 4 years' experience as a Foreman with knowledge of concrete and framing
