Our Chanute KS manufacturing facility is seeking a production foreman to manage our 2nd Shift operations. This candidate is our first line of shop leadership and is responsible for directing the team to execute the scheduled work in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
The foreman will provide department expertise, training, and leadership to his assigned team. The role requires commitment, communication, and cooperation as our business necessitates that we regularly adapt to changing priorities and constraints.
This role reports to the Plant Manager.
