Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator (LPN) assesses long-term care patient health needs in collaboration with the Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator (RN). Assists in developing a comprehensive care plan. Being a Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator (LPN) maintains medical records and ensures documentation is present for coding. Adheres to federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies and procedures. Additionally, Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator (LPN) requires a high school diploma. Requires Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification. Typically reports to a mds rn. Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator (LPN)'s years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement.
