Mixer operates and tends machines that mix materials or ingredients used for production processes or manually mix ingredients. Loads materials into mixing equipment and ensures results comply with specified batch requirements. Being a Mixer may utilize tools, devices or heavy equipment to move materials from inventory to production area. Documents operational information as required. Additionally, Mixer cleans and sanitizes processing equipment, tanks, filters, pipes, lines, and pumps. Follows hazardous material handling and personal protective equipment requirements, if applicable. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Mixer works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Nature of Position:
This Position is responsible for quoting agricultural equipment, monitoring interest on agriculture equipment, warranties, inventory control and updating drive on computer. Follow up on issues and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Essential Functions:
· Learn and develop individual skills based on work requirements in the employee’s designated area.
· Capable of managing vendor relations
· Quoting equipment and being capable of answering Salesman inquiries.
· Determines annual gross-profit plans and developing annual sales quotas.
· Help oversees inventory control, manages deliveries, inspecting inventory, maintain inventory records.
Job Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree preferred but not required
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
· Be a team oriented, self-motivated, and positive individual with strong work ethic
· Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
· Great written and verbal communication skills
