We are seeking an assistant to join our mixing team. As a mixer assistant, you will work closely with an assigned mixer to stage ingredients for efficient mixing operation and assists with the mixing process in accordance with written specifications, quality assurance guidelines, and safety procedures. Assisting Duties:
- Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, and mixing according to recipes.
- Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands, in order to ensure conformance to established standards.
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
-Receive, inspect and process incoming stock and materials.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and reporting shortages.
-Collect samples of materials or products for laboratory testing.
-Constantly look for ways to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
-Organize and retrieve stock as required by daily production schedule.
-Clean and maintain mixing equipment.
