Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mixer to join our team. As a Mixer, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients according to recipes and production specifications. This is a vital role in our culinary operation, ensuring the quality and consistency of our food products.

Duties:
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately
- Mix ingredients according to recipes and production specifications
- Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor mixing process to ensure proper consistency and texture
- Adjust mixing time or speed as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the mixing area
- Follow food safety protocols and guidelines
- Assist with inventory management of ingredients and supplies

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Mixer or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation processes
- Familiarity with food handling, processing, and safety regulations
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
