ARSIEM is currently looking for a Mobile Developer. The positions will support one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD.

• Support the group's overall mission to design, develop, test, and maintain CNO capabilities

• 8 (SD3) years of experience programming in C/C or similar and Python
• In-depth understanding of network protocols
• In-depth understanding of OS internals
• Experience with IDA Pro, Ghidra, or similar binary analysis tools a plus
• Familiarity with modern software engineering concepts
• Knowledge of common CNO techniques 
• Ability to gather requirements and design a solution with minimal oversight
• Ability to present a development plan and forecast deliverables

• Lead a team to design, develop, and test application software to fulfill unique Windows, Unix, or other specified platforms requirements.
• Build applications using a specified programming language as per the government.
• Build graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for custom applications
• Respond to evolving requirements in an agile environment

• Labor Category Requirements: Software Developer III
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience programming with object-oriented programming languages.
• Minimum five (5) years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (5) years experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.
• Experience developing complex programs using, C, C#, C , Java, or other comparable languages
• Minimum three (3) leading projects that develop complex software, ensuring a collaborative environment, and configuration management, and Experience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy)

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? If you do, ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position ranges from $5,000  to $10,000,  and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
