    Job Summary: The Omni-Channel Applications Developer is a skilled GoLang technologist with a proven track record in delivering exceptional solutions that yield sustainable long-term gains and significant business value. This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams in diverse geographies and time zones. The successful candidate will contribute to a fast-paced, agile working environment and be part of a Platform Team focused on delivering bug-free, portable, and scalable code within an agile, microservices architecture.

    Key Role Deliverables:

    Design and implement microservices in GoLang aligned with business requirements.

    Develop unit testable, highly maintainable code.

    Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with Team Leads to meet requirements.

    Engage with internal and external UI/backend engineers to shape API contracts.

    Communicate and propose new ideas and designs verbally and in writing.

    Implement risk management and proactive changes to avoid outages.

    Ensure comprehensive documentation covering all aspects of responsible components.

    Mandatory Skills and Experience:

    3-6 years of experience in scalable backend solutions using GoLang.

    4-year degree in Information Systems or equivalent.

    Experience in building event-driven microservices.

    Hands-on experience with Enterprise DevOps practices.

    Operational stability, technical hygiene strategies, and techniques.

    Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

    Self-starter with proactive issue identification and resolution.

    Agile development using continuous integration/continuous delivery.

    DevOps practices and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.

    Proven experience in identifying and communicating engineering best practices.

    Desirable Skills and Experience:

    Background in building production-ready SaaS applications.

    Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence.

    Cloud technology experience (Azure is a plus).

    Experience as a Delivery Agent.

    Working knowledge of containers (Docker, etc.).
