The Mobile Development Engineer’s role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new and existing software applications and SDKs in support of business requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Extensive development, maintaining and extending our current applications
  
• Building a new iOS and Android SDK that will serve as the basis for a new product platform
  
• Attend and participate in scrum meetings
  
• Creation of unit and/or integration tests
  
• Debugging and troubleshooting issues during testing and in production
  

Requirements

Requirements include:

• 5 years on the job software development 
  
• Experience creating and maintaining mobile applications
  
• Experience with Swift programming language
  
• Experience with Android (Java or Kotlin) or other mobile platforms
  
• Code versioning (Git)
  
• OO programming experience
  

Desired skills:

• Objective C development
  
• React Native development
  
• Framework release and management
  
• Experience with the following frameworks: UIKit, CoreData, CoreBluetooth, Firebase stack
  
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect with backend services
  
• Experience with Interface Builder

• Experience building, deploying and supporting SDKs in both the iOS and Android contexts
