Duties:

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Skills:
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or commissions
- Proven experience in retail sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong ability to sell and persuade customers effectively
- Experience in jewelry sales is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of customer interactions
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
- Exceptional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or follow-ups
