ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages daily operations of the property’s advertising efforts.
2. Works collaboratively with internal / external business partners in the ongoing development and production of all direct marketing, advertising, promotional and collateral campaigns.
3. Provides summaries of data to the Marketing Director to monitor productivity and measurable goals of all Advertising, promotional campaigns and In-House promotions.
4. Responsible for protecting the integrity of the use of the Bally’s Lake Tahoe name, logo and other requested trademarks.
5. Maintains, modifies and creates reports to show number of impressions per collateral piece. Also, responsible for the reconciliation of placed advertising (tear sheets).
6. Assists with the creation and management of all marketing campaigns including execution and analysis.
7. Keeps current on all available opportunities for the properties initiatives that include but not limited to Print Advertising, Social Media, OOH, Radio Spots, TV Spots, etc.
8. Creates reports and documents for use by the Marketing department for analytical and promotional purposes. Also responsible for creating monthly property information sheets for distribution to property staff.
9. Ensures the accuracy of all marketing, promotional campaigns and direct mail programs.
10.Assists with the creation, development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns to include, but not limited to special events, monitors the casino block, promotions, F&B and entertainment functions designed to increase casino head count and revenue as directed and approved by the Director of Marketing.
11. Attends and works events and functions as needed.
12. Responsible for all Advertising and Promotion invoices.
13. Responsible for establishing and maintaining all Vendor information for finance purposes.
14. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the overall direction of the Marketing department. Responsibilities including hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining staff, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors’ Degree preferred. Minimum five years experience in a marketing function, and minimum five years experience in a casino/gaming environment.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable state Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
