13 weeks | Days | 8-hour | 40-hours weekly total guaranteed

Offer:

• Estimated Weekly Total: $2,549
• Non-taxed Stipend: $1,449
• Hourly Pay: $27.50 O.T Pay: $34.38
• Travel reimbursement: $500

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years CURRENT Home Health experience in Case Management and Hospice Experience
• RN will be working in the Whitefield/Berlin, NH area
• RNs will be providing Home Health & Hospice Case Management services to patients of all ages (infant to elderly)
• Netsmart/Allscripts EMR experience strongly preferred
• Mileage paid at current approved Federal IRS Rate (Mileage paid from office each morning)
• BLS, NH License or Compact.
