Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Apple iPhones, Samsung devices, and other miscellaneous mobile phone repairs.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Dell, Lenovo, HP, and Microsoft computers.
• Provide recommendations for problem resolution, offering expert advice on technical issues.
• Clearly explain complex technical problems to customers in a non-technical, easily understandable manner.
• Provide accurate repair and replacement estimates to customers.
• Actively engage in sales activities, including upselling accessories and additional services.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with a focus on providing exceptional service.
• Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed Mobile Mobile quality standards.
• Greet customers warmly, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly demeanor.
• Ensure customers have an enjoyable experience by delivering superior customer service and surpassing customer expectations.
• Effectively utilize the point of sale system to maintain accurate customer records and real-time repair status updates.
• Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mobile phone and computer repairs.
• Strong technical proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting Apple iPhones, Samsung devices, and various computer brands.
• Demonstrated ability in sales, including upselling products and services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a simple, understandable manner.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience is a plus.

Job Timings: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
