**Basic Qualifications:**

- **Social Media Reach:** Having 10,000 to 100,000 TikTok followers illustrates a strong online presence and the ability to engage with a broad audience.

- **Sales Acumen:** Demonstrated experience in sales or customer service with a history of meeting or exceeding goals. Requires knowledge of sales strategies and their proficient application.

- **Interpersonal Skills:** Excellent communication skills to facilitate customer interaction and relationship building. We value candidates who are eloquent, convincing and committed to providing quality service.

- **Fashion Insight:** Mature grasp of fashion trends and the ability to provide fashion advice. A refined sense of style is essential in guiding our clients.

- **Industry Experience:** Candidates with experience in the fashion industry are preferred and can have a deeper understanding of market dynamics and consumer preferences.

- **Content Creation Skills:** Video production and editing skills for commercial use to support our marketing and promotional efforts.
