Job Description:

As a Mortgage Loan Officer with Mettle Mortgage, you will be responsible for generating business by contacting buyers, realtors, and leveraging your professional network. This commission-based position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are driven to produce results, take ownership of their career, and maximize their earning potential.

Requirements:

- Possession of a Mortgage Loan Originator license for Florida is mandatory.

- Proven experience in mortgage lending or related field.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Cultivate relationships with prospective clients, real estate professionals, and referral partners.
