Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team. The Mortgage Processor will be responsible for reviewing and verifying mortgage loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Responsibilities:
- Review mortgage loan applications for completeness and accuracy
- Verify supporting documentation such as income, credit, and property valuations
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to obtain any missing information
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including Fair Housing regulations, TILA, and other industry standards
- Coordinate with title companies, appraisers, and other third parties as needed
- Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the loan approval process
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in mortgage processing or related field preferred
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing, credit analysis, loan origination, and escrow processes

- Understanding of loan contracts and documentation requirements
