Skills: - Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Experience in front desk operations and guest relations - Ability to lead and motivate teams across departments - Knowledge of revenue management strategies - Strong leadership skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
