Mortgage Collection Supervisor jobs in Kingsport, TN
Mortgage Collection Supervisor supervises a team of collectors who limit collection portfolio losses and delinquencies. Maintains documentation on past-due accounts. Being a Mortgage Collection Supervisor monitors collections activities for compliance with policies and procedures. Provides reports to management with recommendations for improvement and referrals for complex accounts. Additionally, Mortgage Collection Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Mortgage Collection Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Compensation:$50,000 - $200,000
Responsibilities:- Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
- Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business
- Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements
- Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines
- Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
- Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration
