Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. Duties: - Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping and guest relations - Manage and train hotel staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and provide training opportunities. Skills: - Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Experience in front desk operations and guest relations - Ability to lead and motivate teams across departments - Knowledge of revenue management strategies - Strong leadership skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
