Deputy Clerk

Duties:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as word processing, filing, and data entry
- Provide customer service to individuals visiting the office or contacting by phone or email
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with maintaining and organizing office files and documents
- Conduct research and gather information as needed

Qualifications:
- Proficient in word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to conduct research and gather information from various sources
- Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, filing, and document management
