Collector

What does a successful Collector do at Fiserv?

You will contact the proper party (manually or via automatic dialing system), describing the debt and soliciting payment arrangements for the account in compliance with applicable regulations and established policy and procedures.

Work to establish rapport in order to overcome objections and negotiate payment of the debt. You will detail all discussions and actions in the collections system or database, confirming payment and finalizing the call.

You will also ensure successful and timely completion of assigned KPI's which includes excellent quality service and average handle time.

What you will need to have :

• High School Graduate / GED
• 6 months collections or call center experience

What will be great to have :

• Knowledge of collections regulations including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
• Pay rate $19.00 / hr.
