Responsibilities:

• Working with loan processors to obtain necessary documentation to meet company/regulatory compliance standards.
• Conditioning settlement agents and loan processors for corrections, clarifications or items needed prior to the drawing of final loan documents
• Analyzing loan files before final closing docs are drawn for state/federal compliance
• Sending out lender’s instructions and balancing figures with settlement agents
• Ensuring accuracy in LOS system before final closing documents are drawn 
• Ordering funding wires and obtaining conditions needed prior to or after loan funding 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year's experience as a multi-state closer/funder in residential mortgage industry
• Compliance experience a plus
