Being a Mortgage Development Manager conducts team training on company products and services. Coaches team members to promote a sales culture, improve selling techniques, and meet goals. Additionally, Mortgage Development Manager monitors trends and developments in the real estate markets and changes to private and government-insured mortgages. DUTIES:
- The program aims to improve the functioning of children in home, in school, and in the community.
- Provider will assist families in accessing necessary services to meet mental health needs of children ages 0-18.
- Collaborate with clinical team to create, review, and implement treatment plan goals and objectives.
- Provide individual, group, and family skills training based on the treatment plan in the home, school, and community.
- Requires flexible scheduling and some evening work.
- Great opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team including therapists, psychologists, and child psychiatry.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-Associate's degree (and at least 6,000 hours of experience providing mental health services to children) or
-Bachelor's degree in human services (and at least one year's experience providing mental health services to children (2000 hours) or
-Master's degree in human services completed.
-Ability to conduct and teach therapeutic skills in an individual, group, day treatment, and family setting. Must be able to follow clinical direction of mental health professional and tailor skills services to unique needs of the child. Must be able to effectively teach social skills, independent living skills, emotional regulation, and basic parenting skills. Ability to coordinate with schools, children, and families to address mental health issues. Good verbal and written communication skills.
