Mortgage Development Manager manages a team of mortgage lending specialists in developing customer relationships, promoting mortgage loan products, and attaining volume and profit goals. Ensures that application processing follows state, federal, and organizational policies and guidelines and that customers have accurate loan information and guidance about product options. Being a Mortgage Development Manager conducts team training on company products and services. Coaches team members to promote a sales culture, improve selling techniques, and meet goals. Additionally, Mortgage Development Manager monitors trends and developments in the real estate markets and changes to private and government-insured mortgages. Maintains relationships with a network of realtors, attorneys, CPAs, and other contacts to obtain referrals and facilitate the lending process. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Mortgage Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Facilities and Transportation Manager
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing safe, healthy facilities that meets all local, state and federal regulations this is crucial to the operation of a Head Start/Head Start program. This position is responsible for overall management of the Head Start/Head Start facilities by ensuring that all buildings meet federal, state and local licensing requirements pertinent to type of use and that all required licenses are up to date. In addition, this position ensures that leases, contracts or agreements for all sites are current with appropriate signatures, oversees the maintenance and cleaning of buildings to ensure that they are clean, safe and in useable condition and works with outside contractors and service-oriented businesses, as necessary.
A minimum of high school diploma or G.E.D. with two years related experience and demonstrated knowledge of general building maintenance and facilities management is required. Experience developing and overseeing systems such as transportation in a business or academic setting. Possess an in-state Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or be able to obtain an in-state Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a School Bus and Passenger endorsement and/or other criteria specifically required by the state within 90 days of hire. Knowledge of local health/safety regulations, ADA and OSHA requirements preferred. Previous experience with lease management and contracting preferred.
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week; Monday – Friday; 52 Weeks Per Year.
