We are currently seeking a Loan Processor with strong QuickBooks experience to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
The Loan Processor will play a key role in our mortgage team, ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate processing of loan applications. In this role, you will work closely with our loan officers and underwriting team while also handling QuickBooks tasks, such as managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process mortgage loan applications from submission to closing
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Monitor loan file progress and update all parties as necessary
• Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and company policies
• Utilize QuickBooks to manage company financials, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and expense tracking
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on loan processing timelines and financial performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Loan Processor in the mortgage industry
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing finances, payroll, and bookkeeping
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation and processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
