QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

9am - 2pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Certifications.
• Weekly maintenance log sheets from 3 departments; vacuum, endo and temper. Check charts for 1 probe check from each department one a week.
• Check surveys and fill out log sheets for uniformity surveys.
• Fill out the probe check log sheets.
• Do internal audits when required.
• Send out vendor audits and record on log sheet.
• Send out custom surveys and record data.
• Update specification index log book.
• Update specification books with latest specs. and order if necessary.
• Keep up with the revision log sheet for old and outdated procedures/work instructions/exhibits.
• Help out with any quality issues of problems if possible.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Use all safety equipment as needed.
• Computer knowledge and office equipment.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to read and speak the English language.

Work environment:

• The position is in a manufacturing environment and involves the ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time throughout the day.
