We disclose your file, order title, appraisals, HOI questionnaires, submit to underwriting, clear your conditions and let you know when your file is cleared to close; Meanwhile keeping you in the loop the entire time. Our commission structure is among the highest in the industry.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator & be active with the NMLS.
• Previous experience in the mortgage field, finance, banking, or other related fields
• Excellent computer skills and efficiency
• Familiarity with financial and lending practices
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to grow, take on new tasks, overcome objections
• Excellent time management skills are a must
• Self motivation & drive is required
