Mortgage Loan Quality Assurance Representative jobs in Mesa, AZ

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing relationships with clients seeking mortgage financing. Your duties will include:

• Conducting initial consultations with prospective clients to assess their financial needs and goals, and recommending mortgage products that meet their requirements.
• Gathering and analyzing client financial data, including credit reports, income statements, tax returns, and other relevant documents.
• Preparing and submitting loan applications to underwriters for approval, and following up with clients and underwriters to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the mortgage process, including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of the terms and conditions of their loans.
• Collaborating with other members of the lending team, including underwriters, processors, and closers, to ensure that loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Maintaining a strong network of referral sources, including real estate agents, financial planners, and other professionals who can refer clients to the company.

Requirements:

• Pass the mortgage loan officer exam or:
• Be a licensed as a Mortgage Loan Officer in the state of Arizona.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
