Our Loan Servicing Associate is responsible for helping our members achieve financial health. This includes the day-to-day tasks regarding the servicing functions related to mortgage and home equity loans. You will correspond with members regarding the servicing including payoffs, releases from title companies, the recorder’s office and the member Assists with insurance records and escrow accounts.
