Mortgage Operations Manager oversees all mortgage lending operations, including verifying property appraisals, marketing loan products, and loan processing. Manages resources to ensure quality mortgage loan service and efficient delivery of products and services to clients. Being a Mortgage Operations Manager monitors the productivity and budgetary performance of the operations department and develops new procedures to improve processes. Acts as a resource for knowledge on mortgage lending operations and trains and educates personnel on new or changing regulations or procedures. Additionally, Mortgage Operations Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Mortgage Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Job Category Retail Position Summary Responsible for every aspect of the store operation, which includes: selecting, coaching and developing store teammates as well as merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.
