Process Lockbox remittance at a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Description :

• Sort, open, organize, process and input Lockbox remittance with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Package processed remittance for client and / or bank delivery
• Maintain established production and accuracy standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor and / or Site Manager
• Must be flexible for other duties as assigned : As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required Requirements :
• 1 year of payment processing experience -OR- lockbox experience -OR- experience working for a financial institution -OR- experience working at a HIPAA compliant facility
• High volume data entry
• 2 years of banking experience is a "plus"
• Ability to work in fast paced, high productivity and deadline-oriented environment
• Requires the ability to read and follow instructions
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Must be computer literate
• Must be proficient using 10-key pad
• Must have basic math skills
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• High school diploma required
• Background check required
• Drug screening required

Job Type : Full-time, no more than 40 per week

Pay : $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
