United Wholesale Mortgage is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst for an on-site position in Pontiac, MI.
Define, implement, maintain, and execute automated and manual tests to ensure product quality. Work with QA and functional/development teams to understand end-to-end system functionality. Assist with executing non-functional testing in terms of performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with other systems by performing load test, stress test, endurance test, breakpoint test and volume test. Optimize and efficiently use the tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, profilers, and Postman) to assist with day-to-day tasks. Solve complex automation challenges. Set and review script quality standards and practices. Perform automated test demos and walk-through test scripts. Perform automated tests, work with QA and functional/development teams to triage test results. Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues. Build, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks utilized by team to automate critical user scenarios for regression testing. Collect and report quality metrics from test executions. Support engineering and development organizations in troubleshooting and/or addressing issues with applications and environments. Experienced and involved with all phases of software testing including test planning, functional, regression, end-to-end, performance, usability, longevity, edge case, module integration, and server-side API testing. Develop performance test scripts in C, Visual Basic (VB) and Java programming languages, using LoadRunner and JMeter tools. Apply non-functional requirements (NFR) and design test scenarios and test scripts and plan and execute performance tests including load test, stress test, endurance test, breakpoint test and volume test. Develop test scripts in LoadRunner VuGen, with protocols including Web (HTTP/HTML), Web services, and execute performance test scripts for web services, database queries and stored procedures.
Required Qualifications:Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 12 months experience as Quality Assurance Engineer or Quality Assurance Analyst using GIT, SQL, and BI testing.
