Mortgage Quality Assurance Manager jobs in Michigan

Over the years, the client has completely overhauled their application environment from a monolithic application to more of a microservices framework. This process is ongoing with a lot of new development coming up with new modules, new technologies, and processes. The technical environment is very mature and on the leading edge on new tech and tools. The current QA environment has about 45 contributors with almost all of those people being SDET's. They only have 1 Manager and 1 Supervisor and they need to split some of the team members off to report to this person. This person will be asked to manage a group of people, but also work technically to develop testing strategy, bring creative ideas to do things better, and even have some say in the tools and technologies being used.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1) The organization is matrixed so this person will need to be able to navigate the political landscape as well.
2) Someone with strong application Architecture knowledge would help so they can see the big picture.
