Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Officer Assistant to join our team. The Loan Officer Assistant will be responsible for assisting Loan Officer and team with client applications, document collection, client communication, social media, marketing, phones and assorted office duties.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of financial services and/or real estate industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self motivated
- Basic Social Media and Canva Knowledge
- Team Player
