    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where innovation and ideas flourish.

    • Champion a customer-focused culture, ensuring that every loan origination process is characterized by responsiveness, transparency, and a commitment to meeting borrower needs.

    Market Insight and Adaptability:

    • Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the mortgage industry, adapting our lending strategies to maintain our competitive edge.

    Performance Metrics and Reporting:

    • Set challenging yet achievable loan origination targets, closely monitoring team and individual performance against key metrics.
    • Present comprehensive and insightful performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended strategies.

    Collaboration and Networking:

    • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams including underwriting, credit, compliance, and sales, ensuring smooth loan origination and processing workflows.


    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
    • 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in a senior management position in residential lending sales and loan origination, with a strong focus in sales and operations including secondary market operations, loan documentation and post-closing review.
    • Strong knowledge of collateral control, loan servicing requirements, compliance, and secondary markets.
    • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to surpass loan origination targets while upholding quality and compliance standards.
    • Knowledge of mortgage loan (FNMA) requirements and guidelines.
    • Deep passion for mortgage banking, driven by a desire to excel in a competitive landscape.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at relationship-building, negotiation, and collaboration.
    • Expertise in secondary market dynamics, portfolio, investor relations, and industry best practices.
    • Proficiency in technology platforms and software used for loan origination, sales tracking, and reporting.
