Senior Digital & Motion Graphic Designer

RALEIGH, NC

ROLE: 

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Digital & Motion Graphic Designer, where you'll spearhead the creation of captivating design and video for our rapidly evolving company. 

Your main responsibility will be to produce visually stunning digital graphic and video assets that not only resonate with our high-value customers but also drive engagement and direct response from high-potential prospects.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Direct, film, and edit short/long form videos and track engagement leveraging a deep understanding of video content – hooks, storytelling, pacing, and strategy
• Produce visually captivating and strategically optimized graphic designs tailored for marketing campaigns and other company needs
• Design and optimize high-converting website landing pages 
• Create compelling presentations that communicate a clear, coherent, and engaging story
• Foster a collaborative environment where insights are valued, shared, and used to inform decision-making across the organization

IDEAL TEAM RESULTS: 

• We’re producing and posting frequent, highly engaging, short and long form video (ads and organic) that directly drive a significant qualified meeting volume with our ideal client persona 
• Our all-in cost per qualified hosted meeting is less than $600 per meeting
• We provide internal design services for most of the company’s needs

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Relevant 4-year design/video/fine arts degree
• 7 years of post-college design and video production experience
• Demonstrated past successes with directing, filming and editing video ad campaigns

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong skill set in conceptualizing, brainstorming, and illustration/design, to create strategically focused lead generation campaigns 
• A knack for storytelling and the ability to tailor your content/ideas through our brand voice on a variety of platforms  
• Naturally collaborative and comfortable providing useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner 
• Ability to easily understand, absorb, and execute on direction and welcome constructive feedback 
• Comfort thriving in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment 
• Strong aptitude for time management, organization, and communication 
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail and creative thinking skills

• Raleigh, NC
• In-office 4 days per week, 1 day remote optional

SALARY RANGE: 

• $90,750 - $115,000/year
