    Leader in their industry, our exciting global SaaS construction platform client seeks a contract Revenue Data Support Analyst. This is a remote position.

    Revenue Data Support Analyst primarily serves as the frontline for data requests coming into the Revenue Insights team. More broadly, this role will be responsible for a majority of the run-the-business activities for keeping data current within important processes.

    Revenue Data Support Analyst will be positioned against Sales and Customer teams separately, and individuals in these roles will spread across each of those Revenue functions. Ie. Sales Data Support will support teams such as Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, GP&A, and Install Base.

    Contract Duration: 12-Months

      • Serve as a primary point of contact for business and operations team members regarding day-to-day data needs, such as data questions and report requests
      • This includes ongoing Salesforce case management

      • Develop non-intensive reports in response to new requests and enhancements
      • Conduct periodic assessments of reporting processes and reports
    • Business Meetings
      • Responsible for liaising between Revenue Insights and the IT data engineering in matters associated with RTB enhancements to the Revenue Data Mart (RDM)
      • Maintain regular conversations with insights peers and key operations stakeholders

      • This includes managing your IDP regularly and participating in L&D opportunities

    What You Will Be Doing
    Daily Responsibilities
    In this section, you will find a list of the activities that Revenue Data Support is responsible for:
    • Support run-the-business reporting activities, this includes:
      • Help develop enhancements into existing reports and dashboards in conjunction with BI developers
      • Support efforts that relate to data cleansing and mass data uploads
      • Maintain Insights home pages in Salesforce
    • Act as the primary point of contact on day-to-day data needs, such as data questions and report queries
      • Manage new data requests coming into the Revenue Insights queue. Data requests are typically submitted as a Salesforce case to the ROSE queue. ROSE cases are initially received by Revenue Coordinators who will disposition cases based on the type of request. Requests relating to data will route to the Revenue Insights queue. Revenue Data Support may disposition cases to another team member under certain circumstances. Ie. the request relates to a new long-term project or an existing project
      • Support inquiries that relate to existing data solutions (ie. questions about existing reports)
    • Conduct periodic assessments of reports and reporting processes
      • Support report rationalization exercises quarterly to minimize redundancies in the Revenue reports inventory
      • Generate usage statistics on Revenue reports to ensure relevancy is still high and utilization expectations are being met
      • Make recommendations where reporting content or processes can be improved
    • Liaise between Revenue Insights and IT Data Architects
      • Revenue Data Support would be the primary point between Revenue Insights and IT Data Architects to communicate business priorities, manage timeline expectations, and inform on the needs from either team.
