Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer jobs in Texas
Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer repairs and maintains motorcycles. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being a Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Job Description: F&I Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the finance and insurance department of the dealership
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Process loan applications and secure financing for vehicle purchases
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and follow up on leads
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to determine loan eligibility and present financing options to customers
- Explain and sell extended warranties, service contracts, and other aftermarket products to customers
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA)
- Coordinate with lenders, insurance companies, and other third-party vendors to finalize loan and insurance paperwork
- Handle title processing and ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentationSkills:
- Strong proficiency in 10-key typing for accurate data entry
- Extensive knowledge of financial services related to automotive industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust
- Ability to upsell and effectively communicate the value of additional products or services
- Experience in loan processing and working as a loan officer
- Familiarity with dealership operations and processes
- Understanding of TILA regulations and compliance requirementsThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced F&I Manager to join our team.
