As the Museum Custodian with the Dayton Art Institute, you will perform a variety of custodial-related tasks necessary in the operation of the museum including, but not limited to maintaining the upkeep of the building and grounds for cleanliness according to the Museum's "Photo-Ready" standards; maintaining inventory of supplies; helping set-up/clean-up for meetings and events.
The successful candidates are expected to be self-starters, good managers of time, comfortable in crowds, able to work independently, and follow the Museum's standards for safety and conduct. Full-time and part-time (20–30 hours) positions are available. Must be able to work evenings, weekend hours and some holidays.
