Museum Research Worker plans, organizes and conducts research in scientific, cultural, historical, or artistic fields for use in projects of sponsoring institution. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience. Being a Museum Research Worker is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Museum Research Worker performs a variety of complicated tasks. Typically reports to the head of a unit/department. What We Are Looking For
The Armstrong Browning Library & Museum Host reports to the Event Manager and ensures that visitors to the Armstrong Browning Library & Museum (ABL) are greeted, welcomed, and enjoy a safe, secure, and informative visit. In support of Baylor’s Christian mission, we invite those active in their faith community through a church, parish, or synagogue to apply.
A high school diploma and one year of relevant experience are required. An associate's degree and three years of relevant experience are preferred.
*Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Attributes:
Required hours: Ability to work consistently Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours.
