What you’ll be doing day to day…

Handling incoming customer inquiries via various communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat.

Providing prompt, friendly, and accurate responses to customer queries, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.

Addressing customers' questions related to platform, order, and product issues in a timely manner, probing effectively to understand the root cause of the customer's concern.

Offering expertise, ownership, and tailored support to specific chain clients on an assigned basis with the goal of increased loyalty and sales.

Providing strategic solutions aimed at turning potentially negative experiences into net positive results.

Educating customers about our products, services, policies, and procedures to enhance their understanding and usage.

Proactively identifying ways to improve our standards, procedures, and operational efficiencies.

Monitoring fulfillment issues and working with other divisions and external contacts to provide customers with timely order status updates.

Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions on various platforms.

Learning about the food service industry, the products we sell, and the unique needs of the clients we serve.
