• Maintain various KPI metric spreadsheets.
• Coordinate trade shows, booth rentals, and samples.
• Coordinate and maintain incoming and outgoing samples to customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling presentations and materials.
• Monitor sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in a home decor, seasonal or gift industry is a plus!

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)
• Organizational skills: 3 years (Preferred)
