JOB SUMMARY
Will service Mon Health System and Grafton City Hospital
With a patient centered culture, the Systems Administrator will provide a positive experience to CUSTOMERS/PATIENTS/COMMUNITY through daily administration of essential Microsoft Windows server application and infrastructure components throughout the Mon Health System enterprise. Additional responsibilities include securing, maintaining and monitoring the health of the server environment throughout the enterprise, which encompasses updating server documentation, conducting utilization studies and the establishment of fault notification processes. Provides first and second level end-user support
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Associates degree or equivalent technical training and/or experience in Information Technology Services.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in information technology, preferably in healthcare industry. Minimum of two (2) years with server administration. One (1) year working in Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange environment.
Licensure: Microsoft Windows Server Administration Fundamentals preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
- Must be willing to travel locally to other system locations
- Must be willing to respond to major incidents and support 7x24
