    Director of IT Network and Infrastructure 
    The Director of IT Network and Infrastructure reports to the Chief Information Officer and oversees the IT Network Team.  This role provides comprehensive oversight for IT operations, data center, cloud environment, network, service desk, telecommunications, and cybersecurity.  This position ensures business continuity and delivery of a scalable, high performing, and highly reliable IT infrastructure meeting the organization’s business needs and objectives.  The Director will maintain knowledge of current and emerging trends in healthcare technology, actively staying informed of IT best practices, application solutions and services, striving to incorporate innovation in a practical and cost-effective manner.


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Associates degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum of 4 years of datacenter experience and network systems experience will also be accepted. 
    • Minimum 4 years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects. 
    • Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, database and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems. 
    • Knowledge of risk management, disaster recovery and business concepts to ensure continuous operations and contingency planning for network. 
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills 
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Knowledge and experience with cybersecurity standards such as NIST and ISO
    • HIPAA compliance experience
    • Exposure to healthcare information system applications such as Meditech, GE, Philips. and others. 
    • Familiar with Information Technology Joint Commission survey and regulations.
