Network Control Center Director directs activities of the network control function of the organization. Determines quality levels for network transmission and performance and ensures levels are met. Being a Network Control Center Director requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. The Network Control Center Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Network Control Center Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Requirements

    • At least three years of experience in a childcare organization or related experience
    • Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Background working with state and local agencies pertaining to childcare
    • Must pass state-required criminal background check

    Responsibilities

    • Support the School Director in interviewing, hiring and terminating employees
    • Provide supervisory assistance when needed or in the absence of the School Director
    • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly documents regarding compliance and corporate reporting
    • Assist in the management of the P&L reports as well as accounts receivables and payables
    • Implement curriculum along with activities, special events and field trips to enhance learning and development of children
    • Maintain effective interpersonal relationships with parents and children
    • Follow and maintain state requirements regarding training for all staff, annually and upon hire
    • Meet and maintain compliance with all state licensing and training requirements
    • Prioritize and coordinate staff work assignments as needed
    • Maintain flexibility regarding the business demands of the school, including working in classroom and other areas of the school when needed
