Network Control Center Supervisor supervises network control technicians in the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Oversees routine testing, configuration changes, or network hardware or software upgrades. Being a Network Control Center Supervisor ensures network traffic and performance monitoring processes are running to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Responds to incidents using standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. Additionally, Network Control Center Supervisor coordinates with vendors and service providers to ensure required service and quality levels are delivered. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Network Control Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. The role of the Call Center Representative is to provide exceptional service to patients and customers while providing outstanding support to physicians and healthcare providers.
The representative schedules patient appointments and ensures that registration and insurance eligibility needs are met prior to visit date.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume clinic and we all work toward the goal of a positive patient experience with every encounter.
The ideal candidate is professional, able to multi-task, has great customer service skills, and can be a part of our OB-GYN team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answers telephones timely: handles patient inquiries, forwards telephone messages, manages faxes, copying and scanning as needed
· Schedules patient appointments, canceling and or rescheduling if necessary.
· Completes full registration and insurance eligibility/verification at time of scheduling patient appointments
· Coordinates with clinic staff to ensure a positive patient flow
· Timely responses to patient inquiries and timely completion of assigned tasks
· Provides back-up support to the other office departments as necessary
Educational Requirement:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program
· Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Prior Cerner experience a plus
· One year of front office experience in a medical office; OB-GYN experience preferred
